实习护士的临床带教方法和体会

目的：做好护理带教工作，使护士专业学生（护生）学到的理论知识能够紧密联系实际，培养新一代的高素质接班人，满足临床需要。方法：重视人科教育，制订合适的实习计划和带教方法，及时发现实习护士的问题，及时解决，培养实习护士的各种能力。结果：通过我科的带教方法，实习护士能够将学到的理论知识紧密联系实际，更快地适应临床思维，提高自身综合素质。结论：实践表明，我科总结的临床带教方法行之有效，取得了较好的带教效果，也获得实习护士的好评。

Clinical teaching methods and experience of trainee nurses

Objective： To complete the teaching work on nursing by relating the student nurses＇ theoretical knowledge closely to practice and train a new generation of high quality successors who can meet clinical needs. Methods： Our department paid attention to the education of trainee nurses, developed appropriate training plans and teaching methods and detected and solved trainee nurses＇ problems promptly. Results： With our teaching methods, trainee nurses were able to relate their theoretical knowledge closely to practice, adapted more quickly to clinical thinking and improved their overall quality. Conclusion： The practice shows that clinical teaching methods of our department are effective among trainee nurses.
