| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫输卵管造影（HSG）对不孕症患者生殖系统炎症的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法：选择经过证实的64例结核性和212例非特异性生殖系统感染患者，回顾性分析HSG时子宫、输卵管以及盆腔的x线表现。结果：结核性感染子宫位置、形态及粘膜。输卵管形态、及通畅度异常分别为36例、23例、45例和46例．而非特异性炎症分别为25例、43例、178例和110例．与结核性感染比较存在统计学差异。而盆腔钙化及对比剂涂抹则无统计学差异。结论：HSG对生殖系统炎症的诊断有很大价值，但存在假阳性和假阴性，同时在鉴别诊断时，也要注意结核性和非特异性感染的相同X线表现。
