DNA甲基化与宫颈癌的研究进展

摘    要:DNA甲基化是最早发现的人类细胞表观遗传学修饰,是继基因突变和基因缺失之外,致抑癌基因失活的第3种机制。现已证实,DNA甲基化是癌变过程的早期事件,存在于多种肿瘤中。近年来研究表明,DNA甲基化与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,并可作为宫颈癌早期诊断的分子标志物。现重点阐述DNA甲基化与宫颈癌的关系及DNA甲基化在宫颈癌诊断中的临床应用前景。
