| 摘 要： | 胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)主要由肠道内分泌L细胞分泌的一种肽,具有调控胰岛素分泌,刺激胰腺β细胞再生等生物学作用。近年来,GLP-1及其类似物开始应用于临床,特别是应用于治疗2型糖尿病。现对GLP-1的发现、结构、代谢与分泌进行介绍,并重点对其生物学作用、临床应用等方面予以综述。

| Abstract: | Glucagon-like peptide-1 is a peptide secreted mainly by intestinal endocrine L cells,with a variety of biological effects,such as regulation of insulin secretion and stimulation of the pancreatic β-cell regeneration,etc..In recent years,glucagon-like peptide-1 and its analogues began to be used clinically,especially to treat type 2 diabetes.Here is to make a review on the discovery,structure,metabolism and secretion,especially its biological applications and clinical application of glucagon-like peptide-1. |
