| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以气流受限为特征的慢性疾病。目前广泛应用的健康生命量表圣.乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)因设计复杂,统计方法较繁琐,完成耗时较多,不适于门诊或社区医疗服务机构使用,因此临床需要一种标准化的、可靠的、简便的方法来评价COPD患者生活质量,CAT问卷就是基于这种临床实践需求研发而成,它仅包含8个项目,评估耗时仅需5 min,而且评估能力与SGRQ问卷相似,在临床上得到了广泛应用。
