中药抗肿瘤机制的研究现状

近年来,中药抗肿瘤的作用机制已逐渐被现代医学的不断研究所揭示。研究已经证实,中药可在不同程度上诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡;抑制端粒酶的活性也已成为治疗肿瘤的一个新靶点;同时,中药在提高机体免疫力、抗肿瘤细胞转移等方面也都有进一步的研究和进展。进一步深入研究中医药多靶点抗肿瘤的机制,将使中药得到更深入的开发与利用,并有希望成为恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段。
