华蟾素联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效观察

目的：观察华蟾素注射液联合化疗对晚期胃癌的治疗效果。方法：86例晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组。观察组43例,采用多西他塞注射液（多帕菲）120 mg＋0.9%氯化钠250 ml静脉滴注d1,3周重复,同时加用华蟾素注射液20 ml＋0.9%氯化钠250 ml,1次/d,静脉滴注,连用2周休息1周为1个周期。对照组43例,采用多西他塞注射液120 mg＋0.9%氯化钠250 ml静脉滴注d1,3周重复。两组均用3个周期。结果：两组近期疗效及不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,观察组疼痛缓解率为79.07%,提高生活质量的有效率76.74%;对照组疼痛缓解率32.56%,提高生活质量的有效率为55.81%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：华蟾素注射液联合多西他塞注射液治疗晚期胃癌能明显缓解疼痛,改善生活质量,是一种安全有效的姑息治疗方法。

The observation of clinical therapeutic effect of Cinobufacini combined with Docetaxel on advanced stomach cancer
