| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对临床教师进行技能标准化培训与考核管理的形式。方法：将集体备课的教学模式融入PDCA循环,应用于临床教师技能培训。结果：临床教师在完成一个培训考核周期后,技能水平得到了完善和提高,2006～2010年临床教师和2003～2007级河北医科大学学生考核优秀率逐年提高,不合格率逐年下降,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：集体备课教学模式与PDCA循环管理方法的实施,整体提高了临床教师技能操作水平和带教水平。
