| 摘 要： | 目的：比较PFNA与Gamma钉治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法：选择我科2005年12月～2010年12月收治的骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者84例,分别应用Gamma钉治疗45例,PFNA治疗39例。观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间及Harris髋关节功能评分及术后并发症等指标。结果：两组患者在术后随访4～36个月,Gamma钉组3例发生拉力螺钉切出,2例发生股骨干骨折,2例发生内固定松动,1例发生髋内翻;PFNA组1例发生内固定松动。两组在手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症方面比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而术后引流量、骨折愈合时间及Hariris髋关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：与Gamma钉相比,PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简单、出血少、手术时间短、固定可靠、防旋转的优点,是骨质疏松性老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的良好适应证。
