沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对哮喘急性发作患者肺功能的影响

目的观察支气管哮喘急性发作患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉(50μg/250μg)吸入剂治疗后的肺功能变化情况,探讨肺功能检测的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析北京军区总医院呼吸内科2009年3月至2010年3月收治的106例支气管哮喘急性发作患者的临床资料。所有患者均用使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂进行治疗,12 h/次,2次/d。观察治疗后患者的肺功能变化情况,并用哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评价哮喘控制情况。结果治疗后患者的肺功能明显改善,1秒用力呼气容积,1秒用力呼气容积/用力呼气肺活量、呼气峰流量等反映肺功能的指标在治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘控制情况治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无明显不良反应。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂能改善支气管哮喘急性发作患者的肺功能。肺功能测定可作为评估哮喘控制程度的重要依据之一,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation to Effect Pulmonary Function of Asthma Acute Attack

Objective To observe the post-treatment lung function changes of bronchial asthma acute attack in patients with application of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate（50μg/250μg）inhalation,to discuss the clinical value of lung function detection.Methods To retrospectivly analyze the clinical data of 106 cases about bronchial asthma acute attack treated in respiratory department of General Hospital of Beijing Military Region from 2009 March to 2010 March.All patients adopted the treatment of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate inhalation,12 h/time,2 times /d.To observe the lung function changes after treatment,and use asthma control test（ACT）to evaluate asthma control.Results The lung function had significant improvement after treatment,forced expiratory volume in one second,forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow which reflect pulmonary function indices before and after treatment had a significant difference（P0.05）.Asthma control before and after treatment had a significant difference（P0.05）.There had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion The salmeterol inhalation can improve the pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma acute attack.Determination of lung function could be used to evaluate the control degree of asthma as one important basis,had some clinical value.
