| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖皮质激素布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重患者的临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的56例患者随机分成布地奈德治疗组和甲泼尼龙治疗组,观察两组治疗前后血气分析、肺功能指标、呼吸困难分级及临床有效率。结果两组治疗前后血气动脉氧分压、动脉二氧化碳分压、肺功能指标及呼吸困难分级均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05),治疗后两组血气指标、肺功能指标、呼吸困难分级和临床有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素布地奈德雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重有明显的治疗作用,并延缓肺功能的下降。
