| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前临床医学专业研究生教育存在的不足，根据本学科的特点，提出耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业研究生的培养应凸显职业道德教育，注重人文素质培养，狠抓专业知识、技能的训练；并提出一系列具体措施和建议，对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床医学研究生培养模式的改革进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the shortcomings of graduate education in clinical medicine of our country and the characteristics of this specialty, the author point out that the cultivation of graduates in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery should be focused on the training of humanities, professional knowledge and skills. And they also make some suggestions and discussion about the reform of graduate education mode. |
