脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复治疗及护理分析

目的：分析脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复的治疗方法以及护理体会。方法：选取在我院治疗的62例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各31例。对照组在药物治疗的基础上进行常规护理，治疗组采取早期康复护理。比较两组的临床效果。结果：经过治疗与护理，治疗组总有效率为90．3％，对照组为74．2％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均无并发症发生。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复治疗可以有效地帮助患者降低肢体残疾程度。
