摘    要:为了培养学生解决临床问题及自我提高的能力,在临床教学中探索运用循证医学(EBM)的方法。循序渐进地训练学生针对病例提出问题、运用基础知识解释临床现象、利用图书馆及因特网查寻最新的诊疗进展及科学的评价检索的资料,可激发学生的学习兴趣及求知欲,使知识点纵横延伸,培养临床思维,了解EBM技巧及方法,为今后自我发展及终生再教育奠定基础。
