| 摘 要： | 目前“治未病”健康工程顺利开展。为构建中医预防保健服务体系，要有与之相适应的中医预防保健人才，本文分析了三类预防保健人才的培养和培训方式及准入标准，高层次人才的培养应立足于院校培养，职业技能型人才应通过培训，形成新的职业技能类别。各类人才有相应的培养或培训定位及要求。
