| 摘 要： | 目的检测人肝细胞肝癌中是否存在干细胞,以及p53在肿瘤细胞和干细胞的表达情况。方法免疫组化法检测117例肝癌组织的HepParl、OV-6、p53的表达。结果肝内干细胞散在分布于癌组织中或在肿瘤结节边缘成单排或双排索状分布。肝内干细胞呈HepParl、OV-6阳性,肿瘤细胞呈HepParl阳性,OV-6阴性。在117例肝癌患者中,p53分别在38例的肿瘤细胞、36例的干细胞中高表达,表达有一致性(Kappa=0.526,P=0.000)。结论肝细胞肝癌可能是在肝内干细胞长期突变积累的基础上发展而成。
