复方谷氨酰胺预防和治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床疗效

目的探讨复方谷氨酰胺防治小儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床疗效和应用价值。方法将2009年1月至2010年12月我院收治的小儿肺炎122例随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组72例,给予抗生素等对症支持治疗,研究组50例在使用抗生素及对症治疗的基础上加用复方谷氨酰胺,观察两组患儿住院期间腹泻发生情况及治疗情况。结果①对照组患儿继发腹泻的发生率为37.5%(27/72);研究组患儿继发腹泻的发生率为16.0%(8/50),两组数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组发生腹泻的患儿经治疗疗效明显好于对照组,两组数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肺炎的患儿预防性食用复方谷氨酰胺可以有效地降低继发腹泻的发生率,继发腹泻的患儿在抗生素治疗的同时加用复方谷氨酰胺疗效较好,值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect of Compound Glutamine for the Prevention and Treatment of Secondary Diarrhea in Children with Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the clinical effect and application value of compound glutamine for the prevention and treatment of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia.Methods 122 infants with pneumonia from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010 were randomly divided into study group and control group.72 cases in control group were treated with antibiotics for symptomatic treatment.While 50 cases in study group were added compound glutamine on the basis of control group.Two groups′incidence of diarrhea and therapeutic conditions during hospitalization period were observed.Results ①The incidence of secondary diarrhea were 37.5%（27/72）in control group and 16.0%（8/50）in study group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;②The efficacy of study group was obviously better than control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound glutamine can effectively decrease the incidence of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia.It also has good effect on the treatment of secondary diarrhea on the basis of antibiotics.It deserves the clinical expansion.
