摘    要:目的:建立以气相色谱(GC)法鉴别速效心痛滴丸中冰片与牡丹皮的主要成分并测定牡丹皮中主要成分含量的方法。方法:以水杨酸甲酯为内标,色谱柱为Supelcowax毛细管(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),固定液为聚乙二醇,采用程序升温,氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为220℃,进样温度为220℃,分流比为5∶1。结果:在该色谱条件下,冰片(龙脑和异龙脑)及牡丹皮中的丹皮酚能得到良好的分离;丹皮酚浓度在28.72~67.02μg/ml范围内,呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2)。平均回收率为98.05%,RSD为1.70%(n=6)。结论:本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a gas chromatography(GC) method for simultaneous identification of the main components from borneol and moutan cortex and quantitation of paeonol in Quick-acting Xintong Dropping Pill.Methods: Methyl salicylate was used as internal standard,Supelcowax capillary column(30 m × 0.25 mm,0.25 μm) was used as chromatographic column,stationary phase was polyethylene glycol which was using programmed temperature,hydrogen flame ionization detector was used and the detector temperature was at 220℃ and injection temperature was at 220℃,the split ratio was 5∶1.Results: Synthetic borneol(borneol and isoborneol) and paeonol were separated well under the chromatographic condition.A good linear relationship was achieved for paeonol over the range of 28.72-67.02 μg/ml(r=0.999 2).The average recovery was 98.05%(RSD=1.70%,n=6).Conclusion: This method is specific,sensitive and reproducible,which is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
