Toll样受体与肝纤维化关系的研究进展

Toll样受体(TLRs)是细胞表面信号转导跨膜受体,能够识别作为配体的病原相关的分子模式。作为细胞膜上的跨膜信号传递分子,TLRs通过信号转导参与配体介导的肝脏内多种细胞的激活及多种细胞因子的分泌,参与肝纤维化的发生及发展过程。肝免疫细胞和肝星状细胞上被激活的TLRs在肝纤维化形成过程中具有重要作用。现就TLRs与肝纤维化关系予以综述。

Research Progress of Correlation between Toll-like Receptors and Hepatic Fibrosis
