| 摘 要： | 核事故给公众带来的健康问题包括身体危害和心理影响。除少数事故伤员为放射性疾病外,核事故的灾后综合征对公众影响更为持久。包括紧张、情绪紊乱、压抑、焦虑、酗酒等精神方面的表现,也包括高血压、全身不适、心血管疾病等临床表现症状。从医学心理学的角度看,这两方面的表现症状是相互影响、相互转化的结果。现讨论国内外一些核事故对公众健康的影响,并分析如何控制和降低核事故给公众带来的健康影响。
