深静脉血栓形成的治疗现状

深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是临床上的常见、多发疾病,多发于下肢,如不及时妥当地诊断与治疗,大多将遗留血栓形成后综合征,极大地影响了患者的生活质量,严重者可引起致命性的肺动脉栓塞。对DVT的治疗方法包括抗凝、溶栓、取栓等。目前国内研究者对DVT治疗的用药方法、剂量、溶栓途径、时机及取栓适应证等仍有不同看法。寻觅一套综合有效的治疗方案还有待进一步临床研究与验证。
