| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是各种心脏疾病导致心功能不全的一种综合征。血浆脑钠肽能敏感地反映心功能改变,具有特异性,被用于心力衰竭的诊断。CHF患者血浆脑钠肽水平与中医证型可能有一定相关性,随着中医证候加重,脑钠肽水平相应增高。血浆脑钠肽水平可以从血清学角度直观反映CHF病势的轻重程度,可能是CHF中医辨证分型的一个物质基础,亦有可能成为CHF中医辨证分型的客观化指标。
