急性胰腺炎实验性动物模型研究现状

目前已运用多种方法成功建立了急性胰腺炎(AP)动物模型,来探讨AP病因、发病机制、病理生理等。成功复制AP模型是各项研究的关键,不同原因引起的AP,其使用造模的方法是不一样的。可根据自身的实验目的 ,结合操作难易、可行性等来选择适当的造模方法。现对几种常用的AP模型制造方法进行总结和分析,以便进一步探讨AP发病机制,从而为疾病的临床治疗提供指导思路。
