我院420份归档病历围术期抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的：通过对我院420份归档病历围术期抗菌药物合理使用的调查，对不合理用药情况进行分析汇总，加强临床药师与临床沟通交流，提高临床合理用药水平。方法：随机抽取7个外系科室2010年2月-2011年1月420份归档病历，对围术期抗菌药物使用合理性从9个方面进行调查分析总结。结果：不合理用药问题较突出的有，药物选择不当占25．07％，术后用药时间过长占25．07％，给药次数不当占16．22％，联合用药依据不足占12．68％。结论：通过临床药师干预，我院下半年围术期抗菌药物合理用药水平较上半年有明显提高。

Analysis of perioperative antimicrobial drug use based on 420 copies of archived medical records in our hospital

Objective： To strengthen communication between clinical pharmacists and clinicians and improve the rational drug use level by investigating 420 copies of archived medical records of perioperative antimicrobial and irrational drug use situations in our hospital. Methods： 420 copies of archived medical records from 7 outside departments from February 2010 to January 2011 were randomly selected for the analysis of the rationality of perioperative antimicrobial drug use from 9 aspects. Results： Prominent problems of irrational drug use were as follows, improper choice of drugs accounted for 25.07%; overlong postoperative drug use accounted for 25.07%; improper number of drug administration accounted for 16.22%; lack of basis for combination therapy accounted for 12.68%. Conclusion： Through intervention of clinical therapists, the rational drug use level improve remarkably compared with the first half year.
