| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声结合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)与彩色多普勒能量图(CDPI)对小儿肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析先行高频彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿肠套叠96例,后经X线下空气灌肠复位或手术治疗情况。结果 96例小儿肠套叠均被超声检查,检出率为100%,其中右侧腹部肠套叠86例,占89.5%(86/96)。6例超声不能检出血流信号,提示肠坏死的可能,手术后均证实。结论高频超声结合CDFI、CDPI诊断小儿肠套叠具有高敏感性及特异性,能间接提示肠坏死的可能,对患儿治疗方法及预后具有重要的临床价值。它已成为早期诊断小儿肠套叠的首选检查方法。
