| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用中医药综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎早期的临床疗效及其注意事项。方法将162例确诊为重症急性胰腺炎早期的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组81例患者采用中医药综合疗法治疗,对照组81例患者采用常规的西医对症治疗。分析对比两者的治疗效果。结果治疗组81例患者中59例治愈,18例症状显著改善,4例无改善,治疗总有效率为95.06%;对照组81例患者中23例治愈,39例症状显著改善,19例无改善,治疗总有效率为76.54%;中医药综合疗法的有效率明显高于西医对症治疗(P<0.01)。结论中医药综合疗法对治疗重症急性胰腺炎早期有良好的临床疗效。
