泛影葡胺对乳腺癌术后皮下积液治疗作用的临床研究

目的探讨泛影葡胺联合负压吸引及加压包扎对乳腺癌术后皮下积液治疗的作用。方法即墨市人民医院乳腺外科收治的乳腺癌术后积液患者49例,随机分成实验组25例和对照组24例。实验组行泛影葡胺+负压引流并加压包扎;对照组行单纯负压引流并加压包扎,观察比较两种治疗方法对患者的治愈率、治愈天数、感染、上肢淋巴水肿等方面的影响。结果实验组的治愈率高于对照组,治愈天数少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01);两组患者均未引起上肢淋巴水肿等并发症(P>0.05);实验组无患者感染,对照组感染2例。结论联合应用泛影葡胺与单纯负压引流加压包扎治疗乳腺癌术后积液较单纯负压引流加压包扎有利于减轻术后积液,提高患者治愈率,缩短治愈时间。

A Clinical Study on the Treatment for Subcutaneous Hydrops after Breast Cancer Surgery by Meglumine Diatrizoate

Objective To compare the treatment of meglumine diatrizoate combined with negative pressure drainage and compression bandaging only on subcutaneous hydrous after breast cancer surgery prospectively.Methods 49 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in department of breast surgery of Jimo peoples′ hospital were separated into 2 groups：experimental group（n=25） and control group（n=24）,patients in experimental group were treated with meglumine diatrizoate and negative pressure drainage and compression bandaging,the others were assigned to receive negative pressure drainage and compression bandaging only at the same time.To compare the cure rate,cure time infection and complication of lymph edema of upper limb between the two groups by measurement and observation.Results The cure rate of experimental group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The cure time of experimental group was less than the control group（P〈0.01）.There was significant statistic difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.No patient was infected in experimental group,while the number was two in control group.Conclusion Negative pressure drainage and compression bandaging combined with meglumine diatrizoate to treat patients with subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer surgery prospectively is superior to negative pressure drainage and compression bandaging only,in cure rate and time.
