| 摘 要： | CD47与抑制性受体信号调节蛋白a(SIRPa)可以形成CD47-SIRPa信号复合体,并具有介导双向调节信号以及调控多种免疫反应进程的作用。该信号复合物在免疫系统应答,巨噬细胞吞噬,中枢神经系统发育以及定向造血干细胞移植等方面都发挥了积极的作用。随着对CD47-SIRPa信号通路在免疫和中枢神经系统中作用机制越来越深入的研究,其成果也为自身免疫性疾病和神经系统疾病的治疗方面提供了更多新的治疗靶点。 |
