| 摘 要： | 目的:总结胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的MRI影像表现特点。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的4例胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的MRI表现。结果:4例均位于幕上大脑半球皮层内及皮层下,顶叶2例,颞叶1例,额叶1例。病变形态不规则,T1WI低信号影,T2WI高信号影,信号不均匀。1例病变周边见稍长T1稍长T2、T2-flair高信号带状影;4例均无强化,无瘤周水肿。结论:胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤具有一定的MRI表现特点,结合临床有助于该病的术前诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the imaging features of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor and improve their diagnosis.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed MRI of histologically comfirmed dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor(4 cases).Results:All tumors were located in the supertentorial brain mantle,2 cases in parietal lobes,1 case in temporal lobe and 1 case in frontal lobe;all tumors were irregular shape,and were heterogenous hypo-intensity on T1WI and hyper-intensity on T2WI,one of them with hyper-intensity on T2... |
