| 摘 要： | 目的探讨唾液幽门螺杆菌(HpS)测试板检测Hp感染的临床筛查价值。方法对150例临床有消化系统症状的患儿同时行HpS检测和胃镜下胃黏膜组织活检快速尿素酶试验(RUT)检测,并对两者结果进行对比研究。结果 150例患儿中HPS检出阳性65例(43.33%),胃镜RUT检出阳性41例(27.33%),阳性符合率(敏感性)为85.37%,阴性符合率(特异性)为72.48%;阳性预测值为53.85%,阴性预测值为92.94%。结论 HPS具有操作简便、快速、无创、准确等优点,是临床筛查Hp感染的一种很有价值的方法。
