| 摘 要： | 目的：观察长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DNP）的临床疗效。方法：120例DNP患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,给予甲钴胺胶囊0.5 mg/次,3次/d;治疗组60例给予甲钴胺胶囊0.5 mg/次,3次/d,长春西汀20 mg/次,1次/d;疗程均为8周。结果：治疗组总有效率为（86.67%）明显优于对照组（58.33%）（P〈0.05）;治疗组的正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度（MNCV）分别为（47.3±4.1）、（45.1±5.2）m/s;正中神经、腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）分别为（41.4±3.6）、（37.2±2.8）m/s,较治疗前均有显著升高,且治疗后,治疗组高于于对照组（45.2±5.1）、（40.3±5.6）、（38.2±3.5）、（34.1±2.3）m/s],差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：长春西汀联合治疗甲钴胺胶囊治疗DNP对症状和体征均有良好的改善作用。
