前列腺癌内分泌治疗的现状

近年来,随着人口老龄化及诊断水平的提高,前列腺癌在我国的发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。目前临床上对前列腺癌的治疗主要以内分泌治疗为主,包括最大限度雄激素阻断疗法、间歇内分泌治疗、辅助内分泌治疗及新辅助内分泌治疗等,在临床应用与研究中取得了肯定的疗效。但同时也有许多争议的问题,如不同治疗方法的选择、适用范围、用药时机及随访监测指标等。现就前列腺癌内分泌治疗的分类、临床应用现状、新近研究及热点问题等进行综述。
