磁共振成像在乳腺癌中的应用

乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病死率较高。磁共振成像(MRI)具有极好的软组织分辨率和无辐射特点,对乳腺检查具有独到的优势。MRI对乳腺癌的诊断、手术方案的制订及鉴别复发有重要作用,能监测到原位癌、多灶性癌,可用于高危人群的普查。现就乳腺癌MRI影像表现及MRI技术在乳腺癌诊断和治疗中的作用予以综述,旨在促进其推广和应用。
