摘    要:目的:通过对临床急、危重症的超声诊断,体会综合思维在日常超声诊断实践中的应用及其重要作用,为同行提供借鉴参考。方法:通过典型病例回顾性分析、总结,笔者多年来在临床超声诊断实践中应用综合思维提高了诊断准确率,尽量减少误诊和漏诊,很大程度上避免了医疗差错及事故纠纷的发生。结果:综合思维在超声诊断实践中应用广泛(特别是急、危重症患者),能够大大提高诊断准确率,为临床各科尽早明确诊断和进一步治疗争取时间,同时也为患者减少了不必要的身心痛苦和经济负担。结论:综合思维在临床各科的超声诊断实践中应用广泛,意义重大,希望引起广大超声工作者重视并运用。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the importance Of comprehensive thinking in clinical emergency and critical illness ultrasonic diagnosis and to share experience which learned in practice with doctors in the same profession. Met.boris: Retrospective analysis of classic cases treated by the author in the past few years was performed to see how the application of comprehensive thinking had improved the accuracy of diagnosis, reduced missed and wrong diagnosis, avoided medical malpractice and incident largely. Results: Comprehensive thinking was widely used in ultrasonic diagnosis (especially for emergency and critical illness), and it proved the accuracy of diagnosis largely, gained time for early diagnosis and treat- ment, at the same time avoided unnecessary pain and financial burden for the patients. Conclusion: Comprehensive thinking is widely used in clinical ultrasonic diagnosis and is of great significance, thus should call attention of personnel in ultrasonics and be further practiced.
