再生障碍性贫血的研究进展

再生障碍性贫血(AA)是由多种病因引起的骨髓造血功能衰竭,以造血干细胞损伤、外周血全血细胞减少为特征的疾病。AA发病机制复杂,至今尚未完全明了。随着医疗水平的提高,人们对于AA的认识已从一组以形态学改变为基础的综合征,转变为由造血干细胞衰竭、免疫介导的造血干细胞损伤及造血微环境缺陷等因素引发的一类疾病。按其病理机制对AA进行分型治疗,取得了较好的疗效。现就AA的病因和治疗进展予以综述。

Study Progress of Aplastic Anemia

Aplastic anemia（AA） is a disease caused by a variety of causes due to bone marrow failure,which is charactered by the decreasing of peripheral blood cells and bone marrow cells.The pathogenesis of AA is very complex and not definite so far.As medical standards were raised,people′s understanding of the AA changed from a group-based syndrome into a class of diseases caused by shift grounds of failure of hematopoietic stem cells,immune-mediated hematopoietic stem cell damage,defects in the hematopoietic microenvironment and other factors.Good effect are achieved in the treatment according to the pathological mechanism of AA.Here is to summarize the developments of AA with regards to the causes and treatments.
