针对剖宫产术后出血预防性应用卡前列素氨丁三醇的临床疗效

目的：观察卡前列素氨丁三醇在预防剖宫产术后出血的疗效和安全性。方法：选择具有剖宫产指征且有宫缩乏力高危因素的孕妇112例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，两组均宫体注射缩宫素，治疗组同时注射卡前列素氨丁三醇，收集术后24h两组出血量，比较两组产后24h平均出血量及产后出血的发生率。：并观察其不良反应。结果：对照组产后出血的发生率明显高于治疗组；对照组产后24h出血量为（694．76±229．15）ml，治疗组为（538．23±235．76）ml，两组比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。对照组产后24h血红蛋白平均下降值明显高于治疗组。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇可明显减少有宫缩乏力高危冈素的产妇剖宫产术后的出血量，并具有安全、高效、迅速、方便等优点。

Clinical investigation of Hemabat in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of Hemabate in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods： 112 cases of pregnant women with indication of cesarean section in our hospital were divided in- to therapy group and control group, patients in two groups were all given Oxytocin treatment, and therapy group were given Hemabate. The information of average 24 h bleeding quantity and the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage were collected and compared after the therapy. Results： The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage of control group was obviously higher than therapy group. The bleeding quantity of control group was （694.76±229.15）ml, while that of the therapy group was （538.23±235.76）ml, the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. The average decreased quantity of 24 h post-partum of control group were obviously higher than therapy group. Conclusion： Hemabate can obviously reduce the risk factors of uterine inertia and blood loss after cesarean section. It can be recognized as a safe, efficient, rapid, and convenient method in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.
