大咯血急诊手术的临床治疗分析

目的：探讨急诊大咯血手术治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2001年2月～2011年2月10年间诊断为大咯血的112例患者,回顾分析其临床资料。结果：治疗组并发症发生率为10.7%,对照组为23.2%;随防期间,治疗组复发0例,对照组3例;治疗组死亡1例,对照组死亡6例,其治疗有效率（89.3%）明显低于治疗组（98.2%）,两组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：大咯血手术治疗效果优于非手术治疗,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical treatment analysis of emergency surgery of big haemoptysis

Objective: To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment of the big haemoptysis of emergency.Methods: The clinical data of 112 patients diagnosed of big haemoptysis were reviewed in ten years from Feb 2001 to Feb 2011.Results: The occurring rate of treatment group complications was 10.7%,the rate of control group was 23.2%,and the difference was obvious.The haemoptysis recurrence of treatment group was 0,while 3 cases in control group in 2 years,1 case was dead in the treatment group and 6 cases in con...
