| 摘 要： | 目的：观察在早期无创动脉硬化检测结果指导下的诊断与治疗,对降低动脉硬化及其相关疾病发生率的临床应用价值。方法：将230例单纯高血压病患者分为观察组150例和对照组80例,两组均进行踝-臂脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）、踝臂指数（ABI）检查及常规内科体格检查。对观察组进行个体化分析baPWV、ABI数值并提出指导性意见;对照组仅进行常规内科治疗。结果：观察组患者高血压病治疗率及控制率明显高于对照组（49.3%vs 41.3%、9.63%vs 5.99%）,干预12个月后观察组baPWV明显低于对照组（13.94±5.66）m/s vs（16.12±6.36）m/s],动脉硬化及其相关性心脑血管疾病的发生率明显低于对照组（10.6%vs 17.5%）,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：早期无创动脉硬化检测指标指导下的临床诊疗行为可以明显提高高血压病患者的治疗率及控制率,改善baPWV、ABI,并可大幅度减少心脑血管事件的发生。
