| 摘 要： | 成骨细胞是一种由骨髓间充质干细胞分化而来的细胞,它也表达电压门控钾通道、内向整流钾通道、ATP敏感钾通道、双孔钾通道及钙激活钾通道,其功能涉及骨重塑、信号转导以及成骨细胞增殖和凋亡。成骨细胞膜上表达多种钾离子通道并具有重要生理功能,其可能在各种骨疾病(如骨肿瘤)中扮演重要角色。现就成骨细胞钾离子通道的研究进展,存在的问题及进一步研究方向予以综述。

| Abstract: | Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are the progenitors of osteoblast.There are expression of several K+ channels in membrane of osteoblast including voltage-gated K+ channels,inward rectifier K+ channels,ATP-sensitive K+ channels,two-pore domain K+ channels and Ca2+ activated K+ channels.Functions of those channels include bone remodeling,signal transduction,proliferation and apoptosis of osteoblast.Potassium channels in osteoblast exhibits physiological importance and may play important roles in the proces... |
