辛伐他汀对初发2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与血管内皮舒张功能的临床研究

目的研究使用辛伐他汀对初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉内膜中层及血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法 120例初发T2DM患者在应用正规胰岛素降糖治疗基础上,随机分为辛伐他汀治疗组70例,对照组50例。治疗4个月测量颈动脉内膜中层厚度和测定血管内皮舒张功能。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组颈动脉内膜中层厚度变薄,肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能及非内皮依赖性舒张功能有显著性改善(均P<0.05)。结论早期应用辛伐他汀可减少初发T2DM患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度,对其血管内皮舒张功能亦有明显改善。

Clinical Study of Simvastatin on Carotid Intimal Medial Thickness and Vascular Endothelial Dilatation Function of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To study the effect of simvastatin on carotid intimal medial thickness and vascular endothelial dilatation function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into treatment group（70 cases） and control group（50 cases）who were treated with the regular insulin glucose-reducing treatment.Patients′ carotid intimal medial thickness and vascular endothelial dilatation function were measured at the 4th months after treatment.Results Compared with prior treatment,the carotid intimal medial thickness of treatment group became thin after treatment,and EDD and EIDD of brachial artery had significant improvement（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of simvastatin in the early stage can reduce carotid intimal medial thickness of patients with T2DM,and can obviously improve their vascular endothelial dilatation function.
