| 摘 要： | 青光眼是继白内障之后第二位致盲性眼病,本文阐述了青光眼视神经的损伤机制,并对青光眼视神经的保护治疗（包括钙离子通道阻滞剂、谷氨酸拮抗剂、一氧化氮合酶抑制剂、抗氧化剂、抗青光眼药物、热休克蛋白、抗凋亡途径、促红细胞生成素、中医药等）进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Glaucoma is the second eye disease that causing blindness.This article is to make a summary of the mechanism of glaucomatous optic nerve,and introduce the new glaucoma therapies,including calcium channel blockers,glutamate antagonist,nitric oxide synthaseinhibitors,antioxidant,anti-glaucoma medicine,heat shock proteins,anti-apoptotic approach,erythropoietin,traditional Chinese medicine and so on. |
