| 摘 要： | 胃癌是我国目前最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。微转移是非血液系统恶性肿瘤在发生发展中播散在血循环、淋巴管、骨髓以及各组织器官的微小肿瘤转移灶。已发现微转移与各种恶性肿瘤的预后有关。目前对胃癌微转移的深入研究主要集中在通过寻找不同的检测方法、途径和特异性肿瘤标志物,以发现早期诊断胃癌的新思路,从而为提高胃癌患者生存率提供可能。
