腔镜筋膜下交通支离断术治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡48例临床研究

目的：探讨腔镜深筋膜下交通支离断术（SEPS）治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的效果及优势。方法：选取2007年1月～2010年12月间我院收治的实施SEPS治疗的48例下肢静脉曲张性溃疡患者（66条患肢）,应用CEAP分类中临床评分方法,对各患肢的临床症状体征进行评价并评估离断术的治疗效果。结果：所有患者随访6个月,1例复发,2例未愈合,复发率为1.5%,术后患肢疼痛,肿胀等症状体征评分均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：SEPS溃疡愈合率高,复发率低,症状体征改善明显,是治疗下肢静脉性溃疡较为有效的方法。

The clinical study of treatment for varicose ulcer of lower extremity of the leg by SEPS
