中心静脉导管前端移位致双侧胸腔积液的临床救治

目的报道2例中心静脉导管前端移位致双侧胸腔积液的临床救治。方法 2例患者因中心静脉导管前端移位出现双侧胸腔积液后,予拔除深静脉导管、胸腔闭式引流、输血、补液及抗生素等对症治疗。结果患者经积极对症治疗后,病情迅速好转,痊愈出院。结论对于年龄大、血管解剖异常、颈内置管后颈部活动频繁、医从性差等患者应加强置管后的监护;对病重、烦躁不安、神志模糊的患者,要专人看护,必要时予以肢体制动;发现异常症状应及时进行相关检查,并采取有效措施。
