| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管嵌顿结石的疗效。方法对107例经输尿管钬激光碎石术治疗的输尿管嵌顿结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗成功104例,失败3例,单次成功率97.%(104/107),平均手术时间42 min,术后住院时间平均5.3 d。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石高效、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ureteroscopic lithotripsy with holmium laser for treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods Data of 107 patients who underwent ureteroscopie lithotripsy using holmium laser were reviewed.Results The treatment was successful in 104 cases,and failed in 3 cases.The success rate of fragmentation in a single procedure for ureteral stones was 97.2%(104/107).The mean operative duration was 42 min.The mean hospitalization time was 5.3 day.Conclusion Transureteroscopic holmium laser ... |
