| 摘 要： | 目的:临床观察益气温阳法中药丸剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效。方法:将符合条件120例患者随机分治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),治疗前及治疗后分别记录临床症状、体征及测血清IgE含量,用药5周结束时比较组间疗效及血清IgE含量;随访1年后记录临床症状、体征及测血清IgE含量,比较组间疗效及血清IgE含量。结果:组间近期疗效及血清IgE含量变化都无明显统计差异。组间近期疗效治疗组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为90%,血清IgE含量变化治疗前后无统计学差异(治疗前后均P>0.05);但组间血清IgE含量变化1年后随访(P<0.05)有统计学差异。组间远期疗效治疗组有效率为84.5%,对照组有效率为71.93%,无统计学差异。结论:辨证选用中成药丸剂治疗变应性鼻炎能远期降低血清IgE含量,疗效明显,临床上值得推广。
