| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在肌腱损伤诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法对26例肌睫损伤患者术前均行高频超声检查，并与术中探查情况比较，术后行高频超声复查。结果26例患者术中探查情况均与高频超声检查结果相符。肌腱损伤后断端及吻合口的形态及内部回声随时间的推移而改变。结论高频超声诊断肌腱损伤具有特异性，且简便、准确，并对其治疗、评估治疗疗效和判断预后具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of tendon injury.Meth-ods Twenty-six cases with tendon injury were examined with high frequency ultrasonography.The results were compared with that of the op-erative exploration.The patients with tendon injury were followed with high frequency ultrasonography after operation.Results The high fre-quency ultrasonographic diagnosis of 26 cases with tendon injury was fully accord with the exploration of operation.The sonograms of the ruptured and anastomosed portion were changed in different time.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography is a simple,reliable technique with a specific diagnostic value for tendon injury.It may be valuable in the treatment,therapeutic evaluation and prognosis judging for tendon injury. |
