| 摘 要： | 目的调查无锡市区初三学生乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染状况。方法对2000至2005年六届的初三学生采集静脉血标本，用酶联免疫吸咐试验法（ELISA）检测HBsAg。结果42229例无锡市区初三学生HBsAg（＋）1040例，阳性率为2．46％，HBsAg（＋）阳性率从2000年的3．64％下降到2005年的1．66％。结论无锡市区初三学生HBV感染率较低，并且逐年下降。是加强实施乙肝疫苗的接种，提高了机体免疫力，有效防止了感染HBV。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate Status of HBV infection among Grade 3 high school students in Wuxi city. Methods Blood samples were collected from Grade 3 high school students in Wuxi city from 2000 to 2005. ELISA was applied to detect HBsAg. Result 1040 sample were positive for HBsAg among 42229 collections, positive rate reached 2.46, which decreased from 3.64 in 2000 to 1.66% in 2005. Conclusion Infection rate of HBV was relatively low in Grade 3 high school students in Wuxi city, and decreased year by year. HBV vaccine injection may play the key role in prevention HBV infection. |
