摘    要:目的探讨参麦注射液(SMI)对H2O2导致的肾小管细胞氧化性损伤的有氧代谢的影响。方法建立H2O2致鼠肾小管细胞损伤模型,用组织化学方法显示培养小管细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果参麦注射液和泛醌都具有减轻氧化性损伤肾小管细胞SDH及LDH活性丧失的作用,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),且参麦注射液对未损伤的小管细胞有明显的保护作用(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液对H2O2所致的小管细胞氧化性损伤具有明显的保护作用,能保护有氧代谢关键酶的活性,能提高其有氧代谢功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of SMI on the aerobic metabolism of the H_2O_2-induced renal tubular cell injury.Methods Establish the model of renal tubular cell injury by H_2O_2,and then SDH and LDH in cultured renal tubularepithelial cell was demonstrated with histochemiatry methlds.Results SMI and coenzyme Q_(10) can not only reduce SDH and LDH activity loss in oxidative damaged renal tubular cell,with distinguished significance(P<0.01) compared with control group,but also pretect renal tubular cells those are not damaged.Conclusion SMI can contribute to renal tubular cell recover after H_2O_2-induced oxidative damage.In this aspect,SMI is superior to coenzyme Q_(10).SMI can improve damaged renal tubular cell aerobic metabolism.
