新疆阿勒泰地区哈、汉两民族高血压及正常血压者血脂与血糖、胰岛素间相关关系的研究

目的：了解新疆哈萨克族、汉族两民族高血压及正常血压者血脂与血糖、胰岛素间的关系。方法：分别测定哈萨克族高血压４４人，正常血压４５人；汉族高血压６５人，正常血压５６人的血脂、空腹血糖（ＢＧ１）、胰岛素（ＩｎＳ１）及餐后２ｈ血糖（ＢＧ２）、胰岛素（ＩｎＳ２），采用逐步回归分析方法，分析血脂和它们间的关系。结果：无论是总体样本还是哈萨克族、汉族两民族及哈萨克族高血压组及正常血压组，汉族正常血压组的血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）均与ＢＧ２、ＩｎＳ１呈正相关，甘油三脂（ＴＧ）与ＢＧ２呈正相关（哈萨克族正常血压组除外），高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）与ＩｎＳ１呈负相关（哈萨克族高血压组除外）。结论：新疆阿勒泰地区哈萨克族、汉族两民族高血压及正常血压者的血脂主要与ＢＧ２、ＩｎＳ１相关。

A Study on the Relation between Blood Lipid and Glucose Insulin in the Hypertension of Karzak and Han in Altay Region in Xinjiang

Objective: To study the relation between blood lipid and glucose insulin in the hypertension of Karzak and Han. Methods: We selected 109 hypertensive patients (44 cases in Karsak, 65 cases in Han) and 101 controls and mesured blood lipid glucose insulin before meal and two hours after meal in all. We applied multifactor gradual regression to analyse the correlation between blood lipid and other factors. Results: Blood cholestrol were positively correlated with BG 2,InS 1 in total group and any other groups. Triglucide (TG) were positively correlated with BG 2 (except from hypertension group in Karzak). High density lipoprotein (HDL) were negtively correlated with InS 1(except from hypertension group in Karzak). Conclusions: Blood lipid were correlated with BG 2 InS 1 in Han Karzak in this region.
